Filter of goals scored by different parts of the body of a football player

The Corner-stats.com team presents a new statistics analysis tool - a filter by goals scored by different parts of a player's body.

This filter can be found on the tournament page under the Goals tab. You have the opportunity to choose one of 4 options for goals scored: right foot, left foot, head or other parts of the body. In addition, you can combine options (choose several), forming, for example, the statistics of teams' goals scored only with the left foot or head. Also, as usual, this filter can be combined with the main filters on the tournament page (seasons, team field, tournament stages, date from to, etc.).

How can these football statistics come in handy? First, it allows you to understand better the team's play style. Secondly, many bookmakers offer bets on whether a goal will be scored by one or another body part in a match.

We hope you will be interested in our new functionality and will use it constantly. If you have any questions or suggestions for improving the football statistics service Corner-stats.com, you can write them in our group in Telegram https://t.me/soccer_stats_and_bet

A tool of bookmaker line calculation developed

Corner-stats.com team presents a new tool of our service - Bookmaker line calculation for upcoming matches.

At the moment, the line is calculated for goals and corners, respectively, to use this tool, click on the "Сalculate line" button on the match page on the Goals or Corners tabs. Line calculation is the calculation of the odds for the outcome, double chance, handicap and total based on team statistics (average team totals). The line is calculated based on H2H, last or similar matches of teams. In addition, you can customize the selection of team matches using quick filters before calculating the line.

Please note that you can also enter custom data (expected goals/corners of teams) in the line calculation window. Also, for the convenience of our users, we made it possible to adjust the margin, which is different for different bookmakers (by default, the margin is 5.26%).
We hope you find our new tool useful. In the near future, we will use examples to describe in more detail the Line Calculation tool. Follow the announcements!

Added the relation of teams' statistics at Home vs. at Away

If you are already a user of the service of advanced football stats Corner-stats.com, then of course you are aware of its tool Relations of statistics. An example of using this tool can be found here https://ru.corner-stats.com/24-09-2020-milan-bode-glimt-liga-evropy-otsenka-uglovyh-na-osnovanii-otnosheniy-pokazateley/info/329

And now the Corner-stats.com team has added a new feature in the Relations of statistics tool, namely the ratio between home and away teams' statistic. That is, now users of our service have the opportunity to compare teams by the difference between the play at home and away by a specific statistic. To get the relation between the teams' play at home and at away, you need the first and second statistics, as well as the periods (whole match, 1st half, 2nd half) in the heading of the Relations tab to be the same.

As you already understood, by default, on the Relations tab, the ratio of teams' corners at home and at away is displayed, that is, we can analyze which teams tend to deliver more corners at home than away (ratio > 1), and which ones are vice versa (ratio < 1).

We hope that the new functionality will be a useful insight for you and will significantly improve the accuracy of your statistical conclusions.

Referees statistics relations

The Corner-stats.com team is introducing a new service feature - relations between referees statistics across football tournaments. As you know, the referee of a football match is one of the most important factors in the number of cards and fouls in a match, so the new function in the statistics relations tool will undoubtedly come in handy when predicting violations in football.

You can find the relations of the referees statistics on the Relations tab of the tournament page by selecting the Referee from the dropdown list. You have the ability to compare different combinations of cards and fouls, and, like for teams, you can choose statistics by halves.

We have identified the referee statistics relations that may be of most interest to you:
- fouls to cards (on average how many fouls the referee has on 1 card)
- yellow cards to red ones (on average, how many yellow cards the referee has for 1 red)
- cards of the 1st half to the cards of the 2nd half (this relation is very useful when analyzing the distribution of referee cards by half).

In addition, please note that you can also analyze the correlation of the referees statistics (the impact of one statistic on another). For example, usually, if there are many fouls in a match, then there will be many cards, but there are referees for whom this rule does not apply (correlation is about 0 or negative). Also, the correlation of cards by halves helps to find out whether the referee is inclined to show cards in one of the halves (the correlation is negative) or cards are distributed more or less evenly during a match (the correlation is positive).

We hope that the new functionality will be useful to you and will help you develop new strategies for more accurate forecasting of cards and fouls in upcoming football matches.

Graphs added to interval tables

The Corner-stats.com team has developed a useful addition to intervals tables. Recall that the intervals tables allow you to compare the statistics of teams or referees at different intervals of a match (15 minutes each). And the new development of our service allows you to view these statistics in the form of graphs.

The X-axis of the graph contains the match intervals (0-15, 16-30 ... 76-FT), and the Y-axis is the value of the team's (referee's) statistical indicator on the interval (as a percentage of the full match). By comparing graphs, Corner-stats.com users have the ability to easily analyze the game of teams or referees by intervals and determine the most interesting intervals for the upcoming match. Please note that the graphs are available for tables of intervals of goals, corners and cards of almost all tournaments on the service Corner-stats.com, as well as for all other types of statistics (fouls, shots, offsides, throw-ins ...) for the top 30 most popular leagues of the world. In addition, the intervals graphs are also present in the referees statistics of a tournament.

You can discuss this function, as well as any other tools of the Corner-stats.com service, in our telegram group: https://t.me/soccer_stats_and_bet

No matter how many times I tried to predict the number of corners in the next game based on statistics from previous games, nothing worked in the long run. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
