Custom Interval for Referees

Corner-stats.com team introduces a new feature of the service - a custom interval for referees in a particular tournament. This tool can be found on the tournament page in the drop-down list under the heading on the Referee tab.
The custom interval means that an user can set the minutes of a match (from and to) and view statistics of referees at the selected interval.
How can this tool be useful? For example, it is known that some referees tend to show a card or several cards at the beginning of a match in order to immediately show players that they do not intend to endure a rough game. Thus, if you set the interval, for example, from 0 to 20 minute, and sort the table by the total cards, then you can determine such referees.
